During Q & A sessions, due to the nature of the subjects presented, particularly tax and IFRS related - any
advice or information given during the session or even afterwards by email will be based upon limited tax
research and limited discussion and analysis of the underlying facts. Additional research or more complete
review of the facts could affect a presenter’s analysis and conclusions. Because of these limitations and the
related risks, it may not be appropriate to proceed with any transaction or any tax / IFRS reporting position
solely on the basis of the above. You accept all responsibility for any loss, cost, or expenses resulting from
your decision not to get a professional to perform the research and analysis necessary to reach a more definitive
conclusion and, to instead rely on the oral or email communication mentioned above.
A full refund of any fee paid may be provided upon joining 2020 within 30 days of purchase. Membership is
an annual subscription and cannot be cancelled part way through the subscription period. Any outstanding fees
must be paid in full.
